Is Covid-19 the Beginning of Dystopian World

 Their is a steady increase in the number of deaths caused by covid-19 but this is only the beginning of a dystopian world.The number of deaths might increase in the near future but out of which 90% will be the result of lot of factors like job loss,decreasing access to the hospitals etc. On the economic aspect most of us know that the economy is at cross roads and the government stimulus is only a artificial life and it cant sustain for a longer period. The positive aspect of the stimulus is that compared to the 2008 financial crises the governments across the world acted fast on infusing money in the economy and avoiding a sharp fall in the global economy and it would caused a double crisis in the world.The US election also is a factor which has saved people from getting into a immediate economic crisis, since being an election year the Trump administration has no option rather than putting money in the hands of the people. 

 The world has always found it difficult to eradicate poverty, two-thirds of the world population live in poverty even before the covid-19 crisis. Since the spread of the virus is unpredictable the  possibility of affecting the production of agricultural goods will fall and it will lead to increase in poverty and famine.Top priority should be given to agriculture sector by the governments across the world or poverty will be eradicated by death.

We have made significant gains both in the developed world and in the developing world through education, the unbelievable amount of rise in technology and science is because of education . In some societies they have realized  the importance of education and in some places they were pushed to fight for their education.In this pandemic situation students who are not able to afford the new cost for education is slowly dropping out .This virus could wipe out years of gains.

Their is huge percentage of the population which is not able to have access to the hospitals because of the fear of the pandemic or the hospitals are busy treating covid-19 patients. If this trend continues it will increase the death related to disease like malaria and HIV which is predominantly affecting the underdeveloped or developing countries.

No one likes a dystopian world we are putting our hard efforts to make this world a paradise to live i.e an Utopian world, lets conclude with a positive note.US government is contributing 80 % of the global grant for the covid-19 vaccine, it is clear at this point that the solution to this pandemic is only through vaccine.The time frame for this vaccine is very short and the global co-operative efforts will yield positive results.Once the vaccine is introduced to the world only 30 to 60% of the world's population needs a vaccine in order to halt the virus and not like polio where 90 to 95 % of the population should take the vaccine.

We the homo sapiens have lived with the same DNA structure for 10,000 years but always adapted to the changes and difficult time over the period.
